Evolution Helmets are highly complex functional products, built to rigorous safety requirements and standards across different aviation applications. Customers can understand the individual components, but bringing those choices together into one finished product is difficult without seeing it.
Sisley needed a flexible solution that could handle complex configuration logic, while giving its existing web agency complete control over the customer experience.
What we built
A branded configurator, run by Sisley’s own agency
Sisley uses Plattar to power an interactive 3D configurator and WebAR experience for Evolution Helmets:
- A fully branded interface, designed and run by Sisley's web agency.
- Interactive 3D, so customers see their finished helmet as they configure it.
- WebAR, to bring the exact configuration to life in the customer's space.
- Connections to Sisley's existing website and backend processes.

A foundation that scales
Customers configure a highly complex product and see exactly what they are ordering, and the same foundation extends to further ranges, including Nomex flight suits.
